Heal Thyself

America is sick and coming apart at the seams 

but won't acknowledge this 

imagining it is the wealthiest nation in the world

despite many trillions in debt 

satisfied it is a free and exceptional democracy 

without a genuine opposition 

evidently unaware of its vile history since WW2

of destabilization and infamy 

or that its CIA routinely tortures and traffics kids.
