Scapegoat

Bill Clinton authorized the FBI to detonate their explosives 

destroy the federal building in Oklahoma 

and massacre hundreds of American women and children

then blame the patsy - Timothy McVeigh 

who was arrested and eventually executed for discharging  

a fertilizer bomb causing meager damage 

in a wicked and notorious American miscarriage of justice.
